About Us

Picabo, ID Roof Inspection handles roof inspection and roof certification in Picabo, ID, Idaho. Idaho has two roof climates. The Treasure Valley around Boise is dry with hot summers and strong sun that dries shingles out. Mountain towns like McCall and Sun Valley carry heavy snow loads and see ice dams every winter.

Wildfire smoke and embers are a growing concern across the state, and insurers look at roof covering and debris. Our roof inspection checks granule loss and cracking from UV, attic ventilation, ice dam damage at eaves and snow guard condition on metal roofs. We also provide pre-purchase roof inspection and insurance roof inspection in Idaho.
